The addresses are in Toronto; entry is Canada-wide
The September contest runs from August 27 at 12:00 a.m. ET through September 30 at 11:59 p.m. ET. It is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority where they live, including residents of Quebec, subject to the official exclusions.
A new or existing client can register through Wealthsimple with an eligible chequing account funded with at least $1. No purchase is necessary: the rules also describe essay entry methods that do not require a Wealthsimple account.
How September entries work
Registration provides 500 entries. Each dollar of qualifying net deposits provides one entry, an eligible direct deposit doubles the total, and a successful referral can add 100,000 entries. The September cap is 300,000 entries.
Entries accumulate across the five weekly draws and reset for the next monthly contest. Deposits and transfers must meet the timing rules, and withdrawals can reduce net-deposit entries. The app may take up to 72 hours to show settled activity.
The contest referral and the $25 bonus are separate
For the September contest, a successful referral requires a brand-new Wealthsimple client to use the referrer's link or code and fund at least $100 within 30 days. To count for September entries, the funding must complete between August 27 and September 30.
The regular referral offer can also pay $25 to each person when its terms are met. Using a referral link does not register the new client for Monthly Millionaire. Registration and contest eligibility still need to be handled separately.
A free condo still has ownership costs
The Georgian and KING Toronto prizes are pre-construction. Wealthsimple lists anticipated occupancy around February 2027 for The Georgian and July 2027 for KING Toronto. The Concord Canada House prize is expected to be available upon closing.
Wealthsimple says it will cover the purchase price and specified legal and closing costs, but the winner takes on property taxes, condo fees, utilities, insurance, maintenance, moving costs, and other ownership expenses. The condo must be accepted as awarded; there is no cash substitute.
Open Wealthsimple with my $25 referral

Are all five Wealthsimple condo prizes in Toronto?
Yes. The three Georgian prizes are in Cabbagetown, Concord Canada House is in CityPlace, and KING Toronto is on King Street West.
Do I have to live in Ontario to enter?
No. The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory, subject to the exclusions and full official rules. Quebec residents are included.
Can a condo winner take cash instead?
No. Wealthsimple says each condo must be accepted as awarded and has no cash-surrender value. A selected winner who cannot or will not accept the property forfeits it.
Does a Wealthsimple referral link enter me in Monthly Millionaire?
No. A referral can qualify for the separate $25 referral bonus, but Monthly Millionaire registration is a separate step. The official rules also provide no-purchase essay entry methods.
