October's prize pool is much wider than September's
The prize tables add up to one cash grand prize, 224,502 Canadian Brand Credits and 2,180 physical prizes, or 226,683 prizes in all. The terms also show weekly aggregate counts that disagree with those tables, so these totals are our calculation from the itemized prize tables.
The secondary-prize count is large because most are Canadian Brand Credits. The terms say those credits range from $10 to $100 and are used at participating merchants after a qualifying purchase with an eligible Wealthsimple card.

The terms list 641 Carry On Plus suitcases at a $315 approximate retail value. They do not specify the colour or promise compatibility with every airline's cabin-baggage limits.
Province of Canada Lake Ontario Half Zip
The awarded version is the Lake Ontario Half Zip Fleece Sweatshirt in Cloud, unisex. The prize table lists 385 at a $128 approximate retail value; it does not specify a size for every winner.
Ciele hat
The terms list 385 Ciele hats with a $45 approximate retail value. They do not name a model or size, so a specific GOCap product page is not proof of what you will receive.
Matty Matheson: Soups, Salads, Sandwiches
The cookbook has a $58 approximate retail value and 513 copies in the prize table.
What a Canadian Brand Credit means
The credit reimburses qualifying spending up to the awarded $10, $25, $50 or $100 value. After claiming, pay with an eligible Wealthsimple card at a participating Canadian online store by December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. In-store and marketplace purchases are excluded.
Wealthsimple pays the reimbursement into personal chequing within five business days after settlement. Read your in-app prize details before buying; the credit is not unrestricted cash.
The $1 million prize is cash, not another condo
September's headline prizes were Toronto condos. October switches to a single CAD $1,000,000 cash grand prize, which the terms say is deposited into a Wealthsimple Chequing account.
